Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to your information when you use the Diwan Al Saraya website. It is written for Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). In short: the site has no accounts, the booking form stores nothing, and the only thing your browser keeps for us is your language choice.
The booking form stores nothing
The booking form does not send your details to us or store them anywhere. When you press the button, it writes a WhatsApp message on your own device from what you typed, and you choose whether to send it. Nothing is sent to the website or kept by it.
Calls and WhatsApp messages
When you call us or send us a WhatsApp message, it comes straight to the restaurant's phone. We use what you tell us, such as your name, number and booking details, only to answer you and to hold your table.
Ordering through delivery apps
Orders placed on talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq or Keeta are handled by those apps under their own privacy policies. This website only links to them.
Counting visits
To see how the website is used, it counts visits and taps on the booking, call, WhatsApp and order buttons with a privacy-friendly analytics tool. The tool sets no cookies and records no personal data.
What your browser remembers
If you choose English or Arabic, your browser remembers that choice for one year, in its own local storage on your device. That is the only thing the website asks your browser to keep. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Asking us to delete your details
You can ask us at any time to delete your WhatsApp messages or booking details. Call or WhatsApp us on the number on this page and tell us what you would like deleted.
